The Finance / Administrative Services Department provides the City with accounting and budget services.

Insurance Administration Services
Information systems management and facilities management is also provided by Administrative Services.
Budget Committee
The City of Forest Grove Budget Committee is governed by Local Budget Law (ORS 294.336-341). The Budget Committee reviews the City's proposed budget annually and helps prioritize how dollars are spent.
