[ARCHIVED] Forest Grove Police Hold Diaper Collection Drive

Throughout the month of April, the Forest Grove Police Department is teaming up with the United Way of the Columbia-Willamette and local realtors to collect diapers for families in need in Forest Grove and surrounding communities. The drive is part Child Abuse Prevention Month awareness campaign. 

Forest Grove Police are accepting donations of new diapers of any quantity, size, and material now May 1. 

Donations can be dropped off at the FGPD Station (2102 Pacific Avenue, next to the library) during regular office hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Donations will also be accepted  during the following: 

  • During Drug Takeback Day on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. just outside the police station. 
  • The First Wednesday Farmers Market on Wednesday, May 1 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the FGPD booth located on the corner of 21st and Main Street. 

Protective and bladder control underwear for other ages, including adults, are also accepted.
