The City Recorder, in coordination with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC), administers all liquor license applications on behalf of the City. The City of Forest Grove is the local governing body for all establishments serving liquor within the boundaries of the city.
Application Process
Submit OLCC application, City Liquor License Application, and payment to the City Recorder by dropping off at the Utility Billing office or mailing to: P.O. Box 326 Forest Grove, OR 97116
Allow processing time of 3-4 weeks for new or renewal licenses, and 5 days for special events and temporary sales licenses.
Applicants will be notified upon approval, and will then need to submit their approved applications to OLCC to complete the process.
