HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT:
Select Login/Create Account in the upper left corner, then select light blue button at bottom to create account.
On mobile devices, select Account in the upper right corner and click Sign Up.
Fill out the required information.
To receive text alerts (i.e. class cancellations, facility closings), indicate your mobile carrier next to your cell number.
- To receive important notifications, opt-in to receive all communication types (courtesy notifications, critical announcements, upcoming events).
Additional household members (spouse, children, etc.) may be added at any time in your Account Settings. Keep your entire household on one account!
When you have chosen an Activity, make sure to select the correct account member before adding it to your cart.

Registration Tips
- Browse, register, and pay for activities through CivicRec.
- Make sure you know your username and password.
- Confirm your family information is up to date
- Be prepared with Emergency Contacts, Authorized Pick Up list, any accommodation notes to communicate.
- Login at 6am on registration day(10 am for Out of District).
- Know ahead of time what swim level your child should be in. Do not make assumptions.
POLICIES & RESOURCES
Resident is defined as any individual living within the city limits of Forest Grove.

As Forest Grove Parks & Recreation is property tax supported, there is a 30% discounted fee for all participants who reside within the City limits of Forest Grove.
Fee Information
All fees are collected during registration. Cash, check and Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy
- Refunds and Credits: Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the first day of a scheduled event/class will not receive a refund or user credit.
- If the purchaser fails to attend a scheduled event/class that they had registered for in advance, they will not be entitled to receive a refund or user credit.
- Cancellations made by purchaser 72 hours or more in advance of the first day of a scheduled event/class will receive a 100% user credit if the fee charged for the event/class is less than $100.
- For an event/class with a fee of more than $100, purchaser has the option of receiving a refund or user credit. Unless otherwise provided for specific events or classes, if Forest Grove Parks & Recreation cancels a scheduled event/class, the purchaser is entitles to a full refund or user credit.
- Classes may be canceled if they do not reach minimum enrollment. Should Forest Grove Parks and Recreation cancel a scheduled event/class, the purchaser is entitled to a full refund or user credit.
Transfer Policy
A transfer is defined as "taking a participants' current registration in a class, activity or shelter reservation and moving it into a different class, activity or reservation."
Transfer are not guaranteed and are subject to class and instructor availability, enrollment numbers, facility availably, etc.
Forest Grove Parks and Recreation (FGPR) reserves the right, and may give permission to the media, to photograph classes, programs, and participants at any of our facilities and properties or any sponsored activity.
Please be aware that these photos are for promotional purposes and may be used in future publications and media communications in any format. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request. If you see staff taking pictures, and you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know. If you see a photo of yourself or a family member that causes you concern, please notify us. As a courtesy, we will make every reasonable effort to dispose of the image, and will not use it in future publications. However, we will not be able to retrieve, destroy or discontinue existing printed publications in which the photograph may have been included.
