Donations of two grocery bags or less may be made during Library open hours at the Circulation Desk and a receipt can be provided upon request.
We are happy to accept the following:
Books in clean, good physical condition
Old books and classics in good condition
Textbooks less than 10 years old
DVDs, Blu-rays, and music CDs in original packaging
Audiobooks on CD
We do not accept these items for donation:
Magazines
Books in poor condition: musty, moldy, smelly, broken spine or cover
Encyclopedias
Reader's Digest condensed books
Textbooks older than 10 years
VHS tapes, cassette tapes
Computer software
Maps
Vinyl Records
Photographs

The library reserves the right to use donations in whatever manner it deems appropriate. Friends of the Forest Grove Library is a volunteer non-profit organization. All proceeds from their sales go to the library.
