Fees vary among the types of permits offered. Below is a list of fees to help calculate the applicable costs associated with your project. All rates are rounded to the nearest quarter of a dollar. Adopted fees as of July 2025.

Emergency Response Cost Recovery Fees and Charges
- Motor Vehicle Incidents- $250.00 min. for each vehicle involved + 15% admin fee and actual costs of supplies and equipment used. After the first half-hour, charges will be collected equal to the current State Fire Marshal Standardized Costs in accordance with OAR Chapter 837.130. The fee will only be charged to out-of-area users who at the time of the incident reside outside of the jurisdictions of the City and District and mutual aid agencies.
- Fire/Public Safety Incidents- $400.00 min. for each fire or public safety incident + 15% admin fee and actual costs of supplies and equipment used. After first half-hour, charges will be collected equal to the current State Fire Marshal Standardized Costs in accordance with OAR Chapter 837.130. The fee will not be charged to mutual aid agencies.
