Do I Need a Parking Permit?
You only require a parking permit if you live in a specific City zone. If you live in the highlighted (yellow/orange or blue) area a parking permit is required. Please verify you require a parking permit before applying by reviewing our Residential Parking Permit address list.
Motor vehicles bearing a valid residential parking permit may be parked on specific city street sections within designated areas over the time limits (up to 72 hours). The Residential Parking Permit is an annual permit that expires on December 31 of each year. You must submit a new application each year.
Temporary Parking Permit- 30 Day Permit
Temporary parking permits apply to rental/loaner vehicles. Residents of a designated area may apply for a temporary parking permit which expires 30 days from the issuance date.
Guest Parking Permit- 15 Day Permit
Residents of a designated area may apply for a guest parking permit upon request. A guest parking permit is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance and shall be displayed on the front dashboard of the vehicle while the vehicle is parked in a designated area.
